The Central Newfoundland Waste Management (CNWM) region spans from Buchans in the west to Terra Nova National Park in the east and extends north to Twillingate. It includes Change Islands and Fogo Island.

Our state-of-the-art Central Regional Waste Management facility, which includes the landfill, is located in Norris Arm. Seven transfer stations are conveniently located throughout the region, including one in Point Leamington.
